Best online application system that I have used to date
Great service applied online and the system worked usually on other sites you get so far and you have to give up due to some complication etc.

Your renewal quote (sent by mail) was significantly more expensive than the one you can get online using the same details. Not only that's a problem, but 3rd party brokers offer even better quotes.

Happy with staff in local offices just annoyed that axa inflate renewals .
Axa expect people to show loyalty by staying with them but show no loyalty to customers for having no claims or points by sending out renewals overpriced and then when customer phones local branch...
