Dear Melissa, thank you for your feedback about our tour, we value your opinion and we are pleased to read the boats were clean and the guides nice. The tour departs at 5 pm - of course it's usually a couple of minutes before you leave the meeting point as at most times there is always someone who is late and comes running however the guides start the introduction when you are walking up to the pier in order to optimize the available time and provide as much information as possible. Given that the tour time is limited our guides include selected facts about art, history and places you are passing nearby - this is a 1-hour panoramic tour. There are in-depth walking tours available that concentrate on specific locations like St Mark's Basilica or Doges Palace so presumably that's the type of tour you were more looking for. However you write the tour was beatiful so we understand you were satisfied with the tour after all? Thank you for

Dear client, thank you for your feedback. We value the opinion of all our customers and don't mind constructive input if it helps us to improve. We attempted to contact you through email to better understand with whom you toured and to receive a little bit more concrete info as to how according to you the tour should have operated however we haven't received any reply from you. Our small group tour operates with an English speaking driver--guide and it is specified an all tour descriptions as well as on the tour voucher. If your expectations were for a tour with a city/museum guide like the guides on walking tours in Rome or Florence then of course this is not that type of tour. Our driver-guides provide info on the local customs, local area, about Italy and surrounding area as you drive. At the begining of each stop you are given information about the place and then you are given time to explore independently. All our driver-guides are local. Presumably you simply expected something else but that's not something we can predict or control. The tour departs from Piazza della Repubblica next to Cafe Paszkowski - it's a very central spot and very easy to locate. We have checked with other travelers that toured with your small group on that day and they seemed satisfied with the services provided. Thank you for providing your feedback.
