BA staff website payment page didn’t work, I rang up and agent very unhelpful saying website will be back soon - used google search and generic website and bought insurance - not a good experience

You sent me an email with a link that did not work for renewing my policy however i did renew and you have no idea as you are still sending me renew policy emails very frustrating

Easy to organise. Didn't need to claim for anything so can't comment on what would happen if we had needed to claim.
