Good response from enquiries to customer service, if some lack of liaison between phone operators and email responders. Very happy with product which to my surprise really does work ;-)
Hello - you certainly should have received it by now. This product comes direct from our supplier. I have sent your order to the supplier to check if it has been despatched. If not it should be sent out on Monday.
I was not satisfied with one of my products. I complained and they advised process to send it back and get a refund easily.

Dermasilk products are usually extremely well made. We have a tiny number of complaints regarding them. I am sorry you have had this experience as it is most unusual.
