I'm sorry you have not received your delivery. I have asked our customer services to get in touch to resolve this problem.
I'm sorry you haven't felt the benefit of your Dechlorinator. I have not had this feedback before.The Dechlorinator uses the identical Ceramet medium as that in your shower filter and works in the same way to remove chlorine and chloramines, fluoride, THMs and PCBs from the water in your bath or basin.
It may be that you have not felt the benefit yet. Try persevering and let me know if it works. I will contact you directly so you can keep me up to date.

Thank you Andrew. The first time I used it there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Our water appears to have a lot added in West Yorkshire. I have persevered and the water is silky soft and the smell has gone. I have, therefore, amended my review. I was delighted by your swift response. I will use your company again as the filters I buy are sent speedily and are at the best price.
