I take all feedback left on feefo very seriously and I will always do my best to put things right where I can. You ordered from eBay and I do charge shipping on all orders placed through that platform (and on Amazon). I have sold many thousands of pairs of traditional school and gym knickers. The ones that you purchased were produced by 'David Luke'. I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever encountered anyone who has had a problem with the cut or fit of these knickers. 'David Luke' are known for their quality which is why I stock their products. Other reviews on feefo will confirm what I am saying here. I do run a very small and extremely niche business but I have never sought to profiteer from those I supply. Many of the items I stock are exclusive to me and are extremely expensive to produce. I always aim for high quality, traditional products which are produced in the UK and that are made from the finest fabrics. However, this always comes at a price.
