I have sold countless pairs of these knickers and I have encountered very few issues. However, if you have had a problem then I will do my best to put it right. If the knickers are unworn then I will happily offer a refund. Simply return the knickers to the address shown in the paperwork and a refund will follow within 7 days. If you do decide to return the goods then please use a tracked form of shipping.
