Travelzoo has identified a number of good deals to us over the past few years. However, my one 'gripe' with Travelzoo is the inability to contact them directly by e-mail.

Travelzoo is great, until you want to contact them, which appears to be impossible.

I should have included in my previous feedback in respect of the excellent food at this establishment that the service and attention by all at the hotel was also superb.
I love using TravelZoo as you get to try out different places knowing that you are not spending too much money - great deals - well done in this climate.
