In response to James' comments...
It was not just that Travel Zoo did not reply to my emails regarding the fact that they removed two vouchers from my account, when purchasing a third. It was the fact that I did not receive the first confirmation email from them with the first two vouchers attached. We could have been two vouchers short for the experience even though payment was made. Travel zoo did not see fit to respond or assist.
Even now they are using the incorrect name for the account, but one of my friends names; even though I requested this to be put right. It seems the only time Travel Zoo raised any interest was when the vouchers were redeemed.
The Village Hotel was very enjoyable thank you. Their high standard of professionalism and regard for clients, even with vouchers, was outstanding. The options on offer were good and those we chose were... out of this world. We would not hesitate to return and indeed have recommended them to friends already.
