Excellent customer service, best price.
Very helpful and all my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner. Paperwork easy to read and understand. Quote very competitive compared to the most popular ones. Everything explained to me...

Off to a Good Start...
Not cheap but they seem to get, overall, fairly good reviews for their claims handling and customer service, so I'm giving them a try. Their new policy set up emails and policy confirmation docs...

Not a competitive price given and no explanation over the reason for the hike in price.

Dear Sir,
I've tried to reach you and discuss this, so sorry to hear you're disappointed in the price increase. It's because of the big claim you had in January. I hope your premium goes down in the future! If you need anything, do get in touch at admin@vetsmedicover.co.uk.
All the very best, Francesca

Dear Mrs Joy,
I'm really sorry to hear this, I've tried to call a couple of times to discuss your claim and why there was a delay in paying and I do hope to speak to you soon.
