Placed order almost 2 months ago and not yet received. Emailed twice and phoned, no response and phone message repeats indefinitely.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with your order! As mentioned via email your original order was dispatched on the day you placed it, however we were unaware it was lost in transit until we heard from you recently and offered to process a replacement order for you.
I'm terribly sorry about the phone call palava! At the start of February we changed our phone system and as we work 9-5 Mon-Fri this was our first weekend with it in operation. It clearly doesn't go to voicemail so thank you so much for letting us know! We're getting this looked into as a matter of urgency to prevent it from happening again.
