Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received. I can only see one answer phone message from you which we responded back to the next day, apologies if there were more times you got in touch!
You pre-ordered one of your items in November that wasn't due back in stock until January. It unfortunately arrived in February instead which we failed to notify you of.
