Products ok, damage meant wouldn’t use company again
Due to damaged items wouldn’t use again Replacement and refund offered but refund didn’t cover all damages and replacement wouldn’t work as job needed to be completed by deadline

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your delivery. Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on occasion long lengths can get damaged in transit. I can see you have contacted our customer service team regarding this and a partial refund was agreed.

easy to order good delivery time used pvc before but the local firms didnt have what i needed pvc cladding has a wide range of products that lots of other firms dont have

Item damaged in transit by courier not their fault however no notification was received by the supplier

We only sell quality products - almost all of our ranges are made in the UK by market leading manufacturers such as Floplast and Kestrel, and are BS approved.
