We are sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with your delivery. Unfortunately, due to their long and fragile nature, on occasion, longer lengths can get damaged in transit. I can see that you contacted our customer service team to report this issue and that a partial refund was agreed for the damaged items and a refund on the delivery charge too. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and will be sure to pass your feedback onto the couriers.

As a specialist we differ from general merchants by holding extensive stocks of all of our key product ranges. These volumes enable us to offer a next day delivery service on the majority of our products and at very competitive prices. We only sell quality products - almost all of our ranges are made in the UK by market leading manufacturers such as Floplast and Kestrel, and are BS approved.
