Expected that leather strap could have been better, its started to show sign of aging after 3 weeks of moderate occasional use. For 200$ I would expect better quality leather .

Hello, We are extremely sorry for your poor experience with us. It is definitely not how we want to treat our lovely customers, and more importantly feel - as we tend to believe in delivering high quality for a long-term use.
In this case, we would appreciate if you could document the case and send us some pictures regards the mentioned defect to hello@nordgreen.com and we will see if we can cover it under the warranty as you should not experience any issues after only 3-weeks use whether it was intense use or not.

Hi Hamza, Truly sorry for the delay you been experiencing. Unfortunately, we cannot see any communication coming from your side. You are very welcome to contact us at hello@nordgreen.com and we will get back to you within couple of hours. In addition, we will make sure to contact you ourselves as it might faster the process. Once again, we are so sorry for the delay. However, according to the tracking, it seems that the delay occurred due to the fact that our courier needed to held the package as it was unable to collect the payment. As you might know, Eu members are not expected to pay any duties or taxes fee. The rest may be a subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As you may know, the package was shipped from Denmark. Therefore, as you are located in India – non Eu member, Nordgreen cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. Hope this explains the delay, which we assume you were aware of. If you do not wish to pay additional fees, you simply need to refuse the shipment. Hope it makes sense and truly sorry if it caused any inconvenience. It was indeed not our intension for you to experience all of it. Best wishes, The Nordgreen Team
