Watch is absolutely beautiful. It may be the best design/build of a watch in this price range. In comparison to alternatives like Linjer, Daniel Wellington, MVMT, and the various 'fashion' brands....

Would reccomend giving more accurate times for when the product is to arrive. You said 1-3 day Express shipping which was accurate but didn't mention the week wait in between for production or...

Buying process was easy, delivery fast and I would definetly recomend them to everyone. And would probably buy a wach again.
I love the watches that I bought but their customer service is very poor. I was told I would receive my order in 2-5 business days. After 10 days I had to contact them and ask them what had happened...

We are truly sorry that there was a delay with your shipment, and more importantly an honest apology due to lack of communication.
At that point of time we did not have a proper customer support team, which accordingly explains your experience with our brand at that time.
