Shauna, we are actually in the process of developing a more supportive back rest and it is something we hope to have ready in the near future. the sevice was really good and quick delivery.My little boy has got his independence for the first time he is coming up 6yrs now.the scooot is amazing and totaly safe,the only down full is the back...
