Received my CD today Feb 9th in perfect condition. I was surprised that there was a transaction charge on my VISA card. It was only 75 cents U.S. but it would be good to reflect that on the billing...

So glad you enjoyed the CD Charlotte! We don't add any surcharges on credit cards. You could speak to the bank who issued the visa card to find out what the 75 cents was for. Thanks, Paul

Far side Music always jumps on an order and has a status update quickly
I have been a Far Side customer for many years because of their outstanding selection of hard-to-find, high quality DVDs and CDs on traditional Japanese arts. Paul offers some of the best item...
Far Side Music is without doubt the single-most comprehensive World Music retail business on the planet. The layers and depth of selection are ever hugely impressive.

Aside from the wide selection of titles and ranges of musical diversity available at Far Side Music, one primary reason why I continue to return and patronize this site is due to its owner and coordinator - Mr. Paul Fisher. I have never received such prompt, courteous and service-oriented treatment as I have from this gentleman. Even if I have a query for a title not available from his site, he will investigate for me and eventually come up with the hard-to-find item. Professional as well as obliging,, it is thanks to him that Far Side Music works as efficiently and succssfully as it does. Many, many thanks, Paul!
