Glad you enjoyed the music! And thanks for the feedback. We do try and stock quite a lot of titles and it's usually quicker than 4-5 weeks, but not always, as in this case. The Byakudou CD is on a small label and took a bit longer to get.

Thanks very much. I fully understand what you mean and will try and improve on the points you've raised. It's not an excuse, and doesn't mean we shouldn't have kept you better informed, but sometimes, as in the case of your CD, an item is listed as in stock but doesn't arrive from the record company, and then we are also left waiting not knowing when it will turn up. Still, I should have let you know that as well. 20 years ago, record companies seemed to have everything in stock immediately and its just not the case these days, - a sign of the times I think..

We sent the DVD to Romania. My last communication was to ask you to wait a bit longer and let me know if it arrived or not. I didn't hear anything back so had assumed it must have arrived. You only had to let me know..I'll get back to you now.
