I thought that making a change to my policy, when I got extra equipment, might be hard work and expensive. But it wasn't -- easy, quick and reasonable extra cost.

This was our first request to insure an extending pole with a camera on the end. Gladly our underwriters agreed to insure this additional equipment and add this to your policy for our standard premium. Its difficult to comment because other than purchasing the insurance we haven't used you. It's not normally until you claim that you find out how good, or otherwise, a company is.
