Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

Hello Fraser. Thank you for your comments, we try to be as precise as possible with delivery dates however this is not always possible with some of our products due to them being made to order. You confirm my point - the customer has to contact you to find out what is happening, you are not proactive in keeping client informed which obviously from a customer perspective is preferable!
