We went to the Waldorf Astoria in Dubai (where we've been a few times - wonderful hotel). Destination 2 was by far the best value deal and the ability to tailor the stay (room type, board basis etc)...

Mr Nisbet we are sorry if you felt it was not clear on our website, you did request and pay for a balcony cabin and this was booked for you. However, we are pleased that this was subsequently resolved to include the actual view you required.
