We are sorry for the delay experienced. Our timescales are usually 72 hours as described in the terms and conditions which should have been reviewed before proceeding and the order not placed if you were unhappy about the process stated.

David we have been in communication with you since you reported your issue and are disapppointed you feel this is providing zero service. We informed you about contacting our sales team to amend and gave their phone number in email on the same day you initially reported the issue. The resolution you seek has since required that you email us evidence which is obviously something that cannot be resolved by just speaking to you. We are however dealing with this all and appreciate that you allow us some time to achieve the outcome you want. You will be contacted again.

...after 9 phonecalls and being promised a phonecall back every time(which we didnt get even once) you finally agreed to talk to us...that is not exactly "since i reported the issue" . I do hope you will be able to help me change my booking and continue to be in touch with me! thanks
