No one has contacted me yet the web site says they will within 72 hours- very concerned

Mr Elbourn it is unclear why you are awaiting call back. However, we can see you booked online and this states either a call back or email is sent within 72 hours in accordance with the online booking process. If you are referring to this, please check your emails including junk as the order has been confirmed and email confirmation sent so there is no requirement to call you. If you are expecting call back for some other reason, please email or live chat with our customer service team who can address this. Thank you.If this response satisfies your need to review we would appreciate revision of the rating.

Dear Mr Malik, we can see that you booked online and called with enquiry. It is unfortunately not possible for our sales consultants to wait on calls whilst online bookings are made. They are receiving a high volume of calls to make other bookings that cannot be fulfilled online. We do however apologise if they were unpolite in trying to convey this. Your custom despite this is very much appreciated.

I telephoned the next day about the online booking and spoke with an advisor who said he had put a request in about a concern I had about the booking and that I would get a call back that was Sunday 20th still waiting
