Terrible customer service
Brilliant person who I spoke to first and booked the holiday (Samantha ) then nothing. Got an email that said I'd double booked my seats , not a clue what they were on about tried ringing and email...

We are sorry to hear you find this is the case since our records show that Sam has already spoken to you and said she would help you about the seats held by another company which have caused this issue. We have asked her to contact you to let you know the latest situation once she is on shift again. Your emails we have traced sent to customer service don't mention this, but be assured it will be resolved.
