Hello we are sorry you feel like this, it is surely simply a delay in timescales getting back to you for which we apologise. The hotel will have an allocation for Destination2 and your booking will be part of that but they do not always ask for names until nearer travel. For our part, it can take a while to go through our reservation process to get the right reference for a guest to approach the hotel directly and which may be different to that we use. We will ask for attention to this for you and for the team to manage your expectation about when they can provide the detail you need.
