Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that that you are unhappy with the service that you received from Allianz Global Assistance. I have tried calling you but the number will not connect. I have subsequently sent you an email to confirm that we have forwarded your feedback to Allianz Global Assistance in order that this may go through their formal complaints Procedure.

At this stage we have not been able to discuss this with you, this was the 1st that we had been made aware of these events and, as this is also going through Allianz Global Assistance's formal compliants procedure, it would be inappropriate for us to comment any further at this stage.

Thank you for calling our offices. As discussed, there is a £100 benefit for damage to the vehicle after theft or attempted theft. As this is European Breakdown Assistance the policy's primary intention is to recover you and your vehicle following mechanical or electrical breakdown. Allianz Global Assistance , as they did in your case, do try and help even if the nature of the call is not specifically regarding mechanical or electrical breakdown.

Damage to a vehicle is usually dealt with by your compulsory car insurance company which we are all required to legally have to drive in the UK, it is also important to determine whether this insurance covers you to drive in Europe.

I can confirm that when you called 020 8666 9351 you were speaking to Allianz Global Assistance, but they will answer the phone as 'CBC' in order to maintain continuity.

We have passed your comments onto Allianz Global Assistance who are now best placed to respond.
