Website easy to negotiate. Coal delivered when they said it would be delivered. Phone call received the day before delivery. Would recommend the service, and will be using it again.
The delivery man arrived at07:40 and was in a mood and dropped everything from a height of about 10 feet breaking the coal up more.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. We apologise that these instructions were not completed this time, and we will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance.
