When ordering offered a text or call the day before delivery ,NO TEXT OR CALL received ,poor show yet again .

The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. We apologise that these instructions were not completed this time, and we will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process.
