I am sorry we did not meet your expectations concerning the timescale for your initial delivery, it was myself on hearing of your disappointment that arranged for it to be delivered the next day. On your receipt of the product when I learnt of your concerns with the fuel, I arranged a replacement to be delivered at no extra cost as a high priority. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you have had regarding payment through our website. Towards the end of November we did have a short term problem with the ordering process on the website and through the app which did not put any personal details at risk and has since been rectified. The letter for payment that was issued to you is part of an automated process which in this case should not have triggered. We apologise that this letter has been sent to you in error, but we are happy to hear that the matter was resolved when you contacted our head office. Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged. If you are looking for a coal that is bigger in size you could try house coal trebles on your next order.
