I asked for the coal to be delivered to my coal house. It wasn't so I had to move it myself.

After 2 weeks wait I rang to ask where my coal was. I was informed my order had fell down the crack between 2 depots. Each thinking the other was supplying my coal. A week later, WITHOUT a...

We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Please accept our apologies for the issues regarding your recent order. We are currently in the midst of changing a supplier within your area and unfortunately a few teething problems have occurred along the way. But please be rest assured that these will be ironed out for the future. In regards to the Call Day Before service we apologise that these instructions weren't followed to inform you that your delivery would be with you on a certain day in order for us to gain access to your property. We will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.

Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged. If you are looking for a coal that is bigger in size you could try the premium plus house coal trebles on your next order.
