We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Our delivery times tend to differ throughout the seasons and can increase slightly in our busy periods. Looking at the history of this order on your account I can see that we did go over the quoted lead time and actually delivered on the 9th working day. Thank you for your positive review of our product Homefire Heat Logs. As our fuel is stored outside it can become damp from bad weather. This is only surface moisture which means that it will dry out quickly, but should not affect the performance of your fuel in any way.

Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to anthracite being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged.
So easy to order from online. Communication is always good especially call to say when to expect delivery. Quick delivery. Very courteous and helpful delivery drivers.
