The item was lost by the Courier but BSO did next to nothing to assist and their promise to send a replacement then a refund was not fulfilled!! Really bad after sales service!!

You told me to claim via the Courier, I tried that and they said its down to BSO so I've emailed you again on 23/05/2014 and still awaiting a reply!!!!!

Absolutely useless ! Sent me the wrong items - phoned them to get the correct items dispatched and all I got was admin and bureaucracy. Went to Toolstation and got what i wanted in 20 mins and it...
