We have looked into your order and found that no edge type was specified in the product you ordered, nor did you request a specific edge type in the notes section of your order. Fireline comes in a tapered edge as standard, which is why this was then we shipped out to yourself, and it was signed for upon delivery.

I originally ordered and paid for my timber online but BSO were kind enough to advise me that they had upgraded my order and would also be refunding the difference as the better timber was on offer!...
