Thank you for your feedback. The ordered goods did, however, arrive to your address, as you are aware from earlier interactions with our team, and we provided you a legitimate POD of the box that was placed behind your car, which clearly identified your registration plate.
Additionally, the POD's GPS coordinates correspond to the address you provided for the delivery of the goods.
I can also attest that on the day of delivery, you received an email and a text message informing you of the estimated time of arrival. The items were left in a secure location since you were not present to accept the delivery when it arrived.
We have presented multiple cases of sufficient evidence to yourself that the goods were delivered to your specified address. We understand that you may not always be home to take your delivery, therefore we always provide our couriers with your contact details to notify you of estimated times of arrival and ask for safe locations to store your items in case you are unable to accept your delivery.
You stated to us on the telephone that you had to source further goods from a different supplier.
If this is the case, we would be more than happy to provide a refund based upon the conditions of our terms & conditions (these can be found on our website) if you can return the goods to ourselves.
