Great they work out how much you pay every month. Took a bit longer to set up than expected. Was a bit annoying having to get all the account numbers. Once it's set up , it's really easy . Good...

Don’t hide your head in the sand.
I found StepChange easy to deal with they didn’t judge me and were helpful all the way though.If I need help they were only an email or phone call away.
