That’s not the standard we aim to deliver, and I completely understand your frustration. It’s clear you haven’t felt listened to or properly supported, and for that I sincerely apologise. We want every customer to feel confident that when something goes wrong, we’ll respond in a meaningful and helpful way — and we’ve clearly missed the mark here. Regarding the storage issue: we completely understand your concern about waste and the impracticality of refrigerating a large quantity of defrosted tubs, especially when the shelf life is limited. The suggestion to use the fridge was only meant as a short-term option, but we appreciate that it’s not a realistic or cost-effective solution for you. We value your feedback and we’re taking this seriously. I’d really like the chance to put things right, whether that’s by reviewing the options available to you or discussing a more suitable resolution going forward.
