Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during an already difficult time.
To clarify, because our products are frozen raw food, once dispatched, they need to be delivered within 48 hours. This is why any changes to delivery dates must be made directly with us, as written in our T's and C's, so we can arrange the appropriate shipping. Unfortunately, couriers like DHL do not have the facilities to store frozen goods, which is why delays can result in spoilage, and the courier is instructed to destroy the food after this period due to it then being in a perished condition.
We do include this information in our Terms and Conditions, but we take your comments on board that this could be made clearer at checkout to help prevent confusion in the future. We’re actively reviewing how we communicate this so our customers are fully informed before placing an order.
