Hi Eleanor, thank you for your review. We apologise for the experience you had; this is not our aim. We were not warned about the event and were therefore caught completely unaware. As a result, despite drafting in extra staff at short notice, we were unusually busy and this was not helped by a customer taking their keys with them. We have reviewed our policy on this so it doesn't happen again. We are currently contacting all local venues in the area to find out their social calendars so this doesn't happen again.

Our opening hours are clearly stated on our website - parking-pros.co.uk/car-parks/short-term-parking-bayswater-w2. As you parked on a Sunday, our car park would have shut at 6pm. We used to offer a service where you could get a pin code to stay later, but, for the safety of our customers and their vehicles, we no longer offer this.
