Hi Justin, Following your review I have checked your insurance policy and I can see you have spoken to one of our advisors who advised that the offer of the £100 Amazon Voucher wasn't offered by us, or the NICEIC, I can see you send the email to our advisor and I have checked this and the voucher was offered by a different provider for life insurance.
