Hi Justin, Following your review I have checked your insurance policy and I can see you have spoken to one of our advisors who advised that the offer of the £100 Amazon Voucher wasn't offered by us, or the NICEIC, I can see you send the email to our advisor and I have checked this and the voucher was offered by a different provider for life insurance. As previously advised, you would need to contact the provider on the documents that offered this and clarify with them the offer that has been sent to you.
