Regarding the delivery, we do use a few different delivery companies and they all request signatures for deliveries made, I'm not sure there are many that don't and as I'm sure you can appreciate from a business point of view, it helps to know that deliveries have been delivered/received correctly by customers, but can totally understand why it could be an inconvenience to a recipient.
