Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel out of the loop during what should be an exciting time. Unfortunately the finance company were experiencing issues with their systems and the issuing of the finance agreement to you and also to our other customers who were contracting their vehicles through this funder. VWFS were unable to provide us with any firm updates during this period as to when the situation would be resolved and regrettably this impacted on the information that we could provide to you and ultimately the delivery of the vehicle. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience and are committed to ensuring that our communication remains clear and proactive. What we have learnt from your complaint is that we should have updated you even just to say that we had not received any update from VWFS. We have already discussed with them the dissatisfaction raised by some of our other customers about their system issues, which are now resolved. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Thanks for this reply. I think it’s a good example of Jurni’s focus, which is managing perception rather than the actual customer experience. Despite the fact that I’ve called out that I’ve had no contact since delivery and I’m not clear on payments etc…you’ve chosen to focus on responding to this and continue to blame VWFS rather than reach out to me personally to ensure that I had everything I needed. I’d encourage your company to rethink things…
