Hello and firstly thank you so much for your continued business! This is now the 3rd car that we've had the pleasure of arranging for you since we purchased Plan almost 7 years ago. We're really sorry to learn of your frustration about the change in the expected date of your new car. Unfortunately, we're very much reliant on the information that we receive from our suppliers regarding the anticipated date for the vehicle arriving with them. When you ordered the car at the beginning of June it was expected to arrive with the dealer sometime in mid June which allowing for the pre delivery inspection and onward delivery, should have seen the car with you at the end of June. Unfortunately the supplier advised us that the expected date had changed and as with all of our customers, we kept you up to date about your order progress so that you could extend your previous contract which was due to end on 28 June. On 7 June you advised Luke that you were informally extending your contract and we weren't aware that you'd not gone ahead with the extension until Sarah emailed you on 12 July giving you the good news that your new car had provisionally been booked for delivery on 23 July. We don't have loan cars but if you'd spoken to us about your change of mind and needed a car, we would've been able to suggest some options to you. We do hope that you enjoy your new car, your 4th Qashqai - clearly you love the brand! We do look forward to being of continued service to you - we're here to help you have an amazing Jurni!
