Easy booking
It was simple to find a place that we wanted to stay in. The exact dates I put in weren’t available but it showed the available dates which made it easier.

Could be made more straightforward for inexperienced people.
Our son helped us and guided us through the application and was completed in a short time. We feel it’s a bit daunting for the for the elderly and inexperienced user.
