Hi Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy and that you’ve raised a complaint. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As the policy was purchased online on a non-advised basis, we’re unable to see any record of a discussion with one of our agents prior to the policy being taken out. During the online application journey, you are asked a number of questions about the items you wish to insure, including whether you have any equipment valued over £2,000. Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear the Rental Company did not accept the insurance you had purchased with us. Please note, our policy insures your excess you are liable to pay the rental company in the event of damage, theft or an accident. As this is a reimbursement policy, you just need to inform the rental company you do not need their excess reimbursement waiver as you have this elsewhere. If you are then charged under your CDW excess which you have with the Rental company, you can then submit a claim with us to be reimbursed.
