Hi Charli On the two occasions that I took the time to type my query, I was told that no one was available on chat. No mention of a 2 minute wait. So here goes for the third time, and hopefully, someone will see this query . 2 weeks ago I went on holiday to Portugal. I booked a carhire on Carjet and was advised to go to Gold car to collect my car. On arrival at Goldcar I discovered that I had lost my driving licence. I offered a photo of my licence, but it was not acceptable. I have lost the carhire fee plus associated taxi cost. Is this covered by my Eversure policy ?
