Our emails are designed to share inspiration and new properties, but we completely understand that this isn’t helpful when you already have your stays arranged, especially when you’re based overseas. Geo-targeting can be a little tricky when guests live in one region but book in another, but your feedback is genuinely helpful. We’re actively developing improvements to our communication settings and targeting so we can make our messages more relevant and less intrusive, and insights like yours directly guide that work.
