Please be assured that all our buildings are designed for everyday use and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet our standards for durability, safety, and practicality. While the structure may feel lightweight, this is an intentional part of the design to make handling and assembly manageable without compromising on stability once fully constructed and properly anchored. Regarding the flooring, our sheds are fitted with 12mm OSB supported by 25mm bearers, which is a standard specification designed to safely support regular use. If you have experienced any issues with damage under normal conditions, we’d encourage you to contact our customer service team so we can investigate further. The windows are supplied with a flexible styrene material, which is a safer, shatter-resistant alternative to glass—especially beneficial for households with children. However, this material does require sealing during installation, as noted in the instructions, to ensure proper fit and weather resistance. With regard to the roof felt, we provide enough material to allow for suitable overlap. If the felt would not lie flat at the apex, this may indicate a fitting issue, and we’d be happy to offer guidance or support on how best to remedy this.
