We're also very sorry to hear about the injury to your dog and the subsequent issues with the build quality reported by your hired workers. While our sheds are designed for DIY assembly, we take reports of structural concerns very seriously. Warped panels and flimsy components are certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we are investigating this batch to ensure quality control measures are reviewed.
Waiting three weeks for replacement parts is not the level of service we strive for, and we apologise for the inconvenience and additional costs this caused you.
